Brian was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio. He accepted Christ at the age of eight at the Massillon Baptist Temple. When he was fourteen he went to church camp for the first time. Wednesday night of that week, he went forward and dedicated his whole life to God. He wanted to do whatever God wanted him to do. God put a burden for teenagers on his heart so he decided then to start training for the youth ministry. After high school Brian attended Massillon Baptist College to get the training he would need. While at Bible college he met a wonderful lady named Debbie. She was from Belpre, Ohio and was there taking teaching courses. She was saved at the age of six and grew up with the desire to be a part in the ministry. Brian and Debbie were married August 12, 1995 and now have two children: Jeremiah and Faith. After college they taught in a Christian school in Michigan for a year and then moved to Belpre, Ohio to help Debbie's home church with their youth program. They were praying for a youth ministry and God provided a part time position for one year at a church in Reno, Ohio for further learning experience. God then chose to lead them to Souls Harbor Baptist Church. After much prayer, Brian was added to the staff at Souls Harbor. As assistant pastor, he helps the pastor with the duties of the ministry, but he and his wife's calling and love for teenagers makes the youth department their main objective. They are looking for great things to happen for the Lord at Souls Harbor.
