Young Adults Ministry

 On March 6, 2005 we began our Young Adults Sunday School class here at Souls Harbor for those age 18-30.  The class is taught by John Buckley.

   John, along with his wife Martha who assists him, felt a need to have activities that this age group could participate in that would help them to get to know one another and also have an enjoyable time.  So began the Young Adults Ministry.  Their activities have been well attended and those involved have had a great time together on a scavenger hunt, bowling, playing volleyball and basketball as well as various other games.

   More important than the participation in the activities, though,  is the increased participation by this group in attendance of the services of the church and their spiritual growth that has been made evident through their actions.  We praise God for what he has done in the Young Adults Ministry for he has truly blessed us!
